He was helpful in the diagnosis of the possible causes of my cart failure and suggested the most appropriate parts solutions at the most reasonable cost. When I made an error in my online order he contacted me by phone to correct it and has followed up on my order to ensure it was shipped correctly.Very good service. think it improved speed by 25%. Before, I almost always ran my cart on 9

purchased two of these carts for my parents. They love the carts. More importantly, I have never done business with any company with a higher emphasis on customer satisfaction. I have had two small issues in the past year and when I called for support, there were no questions asked. This company just said "No Problem", I will send you the new part tomorrow. Hi, I purchased an LX400 last May 9, 2008 and I want to say that I really enjoyed using it and the exercise I got using it. (LX400) I used my trolley for the first time today. The ease of use and quality made my golf experience fantastic. It's as good as having your own caddie! (LX400) It's hard to find a place to start in telling you how nice I think your product is. I've used it 4 times on the course already and each time it gets better and better. Your product is very well made and easy to use.
